Tuition Commitment & Refund Policy
TRANSPARENT NON-PROFIT GUIDELINES ALIGNED WITH HIGHER EDUCATION NORMS
1. Non-Profit Cost Calibration
Saaya Academy operates on a non-profit model under Section 8 of the Companies Act. Tuition collected from candidates is dedicated entirely to retaining high-caliber clinical supervisors (maintaining the 5:1 ratio), providing simulation software/facilities, and funding rural mental health scholarships.
2. Pre-Cohort Withdrawal
Candidates who request withdrawal at least 14 calendar days prior to the cohort orientation date are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition (minus nominal administrative and bank processing fees of ₹1,000).
3. Orientation Week (Week 1) Withdrawal
If a candidate determines during Week 1 of clinical orientation that the program pace or supervision intensity does not align with their schedule, a 75% refund of the tuition is provided upon formal written request to the Academic Registrar.
4. Post-Week 2 Policy & Medical Deferrals
After Week 2, supervisor seats and individual clinical mentorship allocations are fixed for the entire 12-week or 12-month cohort. While tuition is non-refundable past this threshold, candidates experiencing documented medical emergencies or acute personal hardship may request a fee-free cohort deferral to the subsequent academic term.
