The Problem, The Future, Our Approach

The current state of the profession:

Most counselling and psychotherapy training in India teaches therapeutic models in isolation: a semester of psychodynamic theory here, a workshop on CBT there, with little structured practice moving between them, and even less real client contact before graduation. Trainees leave able to name a dozen approaches but unsure which one to reach for in an actual session.

The future we're training for:

As demand grows for counsellors who can work across individual, couple, and family contexts, not just one narrow specialism, the profession needs practitioners with a genuinely integrative foundation, tested against real cases, not case studies on paper.

How this programme closes that gap:

Every therapeutic model you learn is paired with supervised practice on real cases in the same semester, including individual, couple, and family work included. You leave not with a list of theories you've read about, but with direct experience of which approach works, for whom, and why.
